Safer Recruitment (Multi Agency)

The course aims to assist managers and other staff with responsibility for recruitment to understand the key features of staff recruitment that help deter or prevent the appointment of unsuitable people, be aware of policies and practices that minimise opportunities for abuse or ensure its prompt reporting and to help participants begin to review their own and their organisations’ policies and practices in recruitment with a view to making them safer.

This training has been adapted to suit a multi-agency audience where possible.
