Safer Recruitment Refresher

If you have previously attended Safer Recruitment Training (at least 3 years ago) this course aims to refresh your knowledge and understanding of the key features of staff recruitment that help deter or prevent the appointment of unsuitable people, to be aware of policies and practices that minimise opportunities for abuse or ensure its prompt reporting and to help participants begin to review their own and their organisations’ policies and practices in recruitment with a view to making them safer.
